These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GainStacker, operated by D&L Distribution LLC, an Ohio Limited Liability Company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to or using GainStacker, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
GainStacker is a subscription-based directive service that delivers daily SPY options trade directives to subscribers via email. The service includes strategy selection, strike identification, sizing guidance, entry rules, and exit levels based on the GainStacker automated signal engine. GainStacker is an informational directive service only — not a financial advisory, investment management, or brokerage service. See our Disclaimer for full risk disclosures.
GainStacker is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By providing payment information, you authorize D&L Distribution LLC to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee at the start of each billing period.
Launch Pricing: Subscribers who subscribe at launch pricing ($97/mo for Daily Edge or $147/mo for Full Stack) will have that price locked for the life of their active subscription. If a subscription lapses and is reactivated, current pricing at the time of reactivation applies.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing for new subscribers at any time. Active subscribers at locked pricing will not be affected unless their subscription lapses.
Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a monthly billing period.
Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Your access will remain active through the end of the annual period.

You agree to use GainStacker solely for your own personal trading. You may not: share, resell, redistribute, or republish directive content to any third party; use directive content to create competing products or services; or attempt to reverse-engineer the signal methodology or underlying algorithms. Each subscription is for a single user account. Account sharing is not permitted.
All content delivered through GainStacker — including directive emails, signal methodology, algorithm structure, platform content, and the GainStacker Risk Officer™ framework — is the proprietary intellectual property of D&L Distribution LLC. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
GainStacker provides informational directives only. Nothing in the service constitutes personalized investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Please review our full Disclaimer & Earnings disclosure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, D&L Distribution LLC, its owners, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of GainStacker or any trades placed based on directive content. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to cancel your subscription.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless D&L Distribution LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or any trades you place based on directive content.
GainStacker delivers directives on eligible trading days as determined by the signal engine and the GainStacker Risk Officer™. We do not guarantee a directive will be issued on any particular day. No Trade days, system maintenance periods, and market holidays may result in no directive being sent. No credits or refunds are issued for No Trade days as these are a core feature of the system's risk management.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to active subscribers. Continued use of the service following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and D&L Distribution LLC regarding your use of GainStacker and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
